BioAvailable and its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Service may use AI; outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing automated actions before relying on them in production support workflows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioAvailable will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
